Happy birthday, Martin, and Sassafras Curio. I greatly enjoy your well written posts and exquisite photos. What makes your posts so interesting, I think, is your focus on creative tweaks to standard products and your technical explanations of how you arrived at your final product.

A bit delayed here so you're probably over it but –– Happy Birthday baby Curio! You gave us THE PIE (my husband still doesn't shut up about it, I made #3 for friends' Christmas dinner). And a few weeks ago, made the brilliant (cider-fueled?) crackers/carrot/feta trio and raised a glass to the Curio. So much good stuff here.
